By creating an account or using the Buklah platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of the WhatsApp Business API through Buklah is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and Policies. You agree to:
Buklah offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service, including customer data and appointment records. We are granted a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. Upon account termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. The Service depends on third-party providers (WhatsApp, cloud infrastructure) whose availability is beyond our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buklah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
